Hi
1) Does bank loan for HDB needs incoming ceiling to be fulfilled as not working?
2) Does a single owner above age 55 not working eligible for bank loan to purchase
a hdb flat?
* If answer is yes, pls provide bankers contact for me to check directly with them.
** Have funds & CPF(OA) to fully pay for the flat.

Hi,

1) There is no income ceiling to fulfilled for a bank loan.
2) Yes, you may receive a bank loan even without active income. This is what we called plague and unplagued mortgage loans.
3) Only curious why you still need a bank loan when indicated you have sufficient for the purchase.
