Hi, I am interested to purchase a 3 room flat. Unfortunately, due to high demand with the cash above valuation is the main cause for me not to proceed any further with it.Most of the agents says this is normal at this point of the time to ask for cash. Could someone advise me how to go about getting the cash upfront and loan bundle up together as one and pay monthly to own a decent 3 room flat. Thank You.
