Hi, I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom, freehold condo in balastia/novena area for less than $1.3m. Is that a reasonable price?

Based on your budget, I wouldn't say that It is impossible but rather it will be quite a challenge to find a nice unit. May I know if you are looking to buy for own stay or for rental?

Will u be interested in a 2 bedroom unit in Casa Fortuna for $1.2m?
