Hi, I am looking for a 3 or 4 rooms resell flat. My budget is abt $330k. Currently staying in 5 rooms which need to be disposed asap as I am now a divorcee. Prefer a place where minimum reno is required as budget is really tight. Pls advice. Thanks.

Have you gotten your interim or final court corder? Do you require the cash proceed from your existing unit to facilitate your purchase? HOw much do you have at hand?
