We are a Malaysian PR couple and looking for a hdb 4-room (3 bedrooms) flat below 400k, near any mrt and can be moved in fast. Any recommendation ? Kindly advise what is the fastest time that we need to wait before we can move in if we decided to buy the house. Thanks
