Hi Sofia,

If I guess correctly, you and your friends are a group of exchange students looking for an apartment near school? if yes, my advice would be to look for student hostels since the minimum period for rent is 6 months. Also, it will be a hassle for you in terms of utilities and wifi as you will have to apply for all these on your own instead. Choosing to stay at the student hostels will get you covered in these areas.
