My experience dealing with D08 properties is that they enjoy strong interest from tenants especially those within short walking distance to the MRT Station.
There are quite a few projects in the vicinity of Farrer Park MRT for consideration, like Kerrisdale, City Square Residences on top of a couple of others my fellow professionals have pointed out. It will really depends on profile of your investment objective, because the price disparity for these projects could be the difference it makes in your decision.
If you are not considering to exit this investment in the short-mid term, I guess most projects are fine. If you have plans to exit, perhaps a project which has good holding value or good potential of appreciation within this period of time will be your primary choice.
