Hi : I am looking to buy a resale HDB apartment in the area of Bukit panjang- Segar road , unit shall be less than 10 years old. Very high floor and corner unit are two main consideration. Any suggestion ?

How about Senja area, less than 5 years old flat (TOP 2015), top floor, unblocked view, bright and windy, at only less than $500k! Sounds good?
