Hi All, am a Singapore PR looking to buy a condo with below requirements

1. Near to primary school
2. Near to Mrt or 1 or 2 bus stop
3. Minimum of 1000 sqft
4. Budget between 1 to 1.3 M with fully renovated
5. 2 bed and 2 bath
6. My work location is Telok Ayer/ Raffles Place Mrt

Am looking for condo where I no need travel more than 30-40 mins to office
