Hi, I am looking to rent a bachelor/studio suite. I want the whole place to ourselves. No owner stay ins or shared accomodations. I am a Singaporean but have just returned from Canada after being away for 7 years. I am currently staying with my parents and would like to move out. I will be moving out with my fiance who is a Filipino and holds a Canadian PR. My budget ranges from $1000-$1500. In Canada, we rented a townhouse for CAD $1000 which is about $1300 SGD. We would like something like that here in Singapore if possible. But if not then at least something which fits our budget and the whole place is ours only. Please do advise.
