Our company - ERA - has been apoointed as part of marketing efforts for a new launch in the West of Singapore.

As part of the Draft MAster Plan 2008 review, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has visioned the Jurong Lake district to be transformed into a unique lakeside destination for business and leisure in the next 10-15years.

The 1st project to be launched after the announcement is projected to have its preview near end of January/Early February. It shall comprise of 712units of a good mix from studio/2/2+1/3/4/4+1 bedrooms, and also great accessibility to major transport systems (E.g. Expressways and the MRT line)

In additional, for bank loans, the banks would require documents like your employment status, financial status and credit bureau, etc. for their assessment. In general, banks will in maximum loan up to 70% of the purchase price, on a case by case basis. Perhaps we can discuss further and let my recommended bankers work closely with yourself exclusively.
