Lorong 24 Geylang address may not allow you to find a financial institution that is willing to grant the loan you are looking for since it is within the red light district concern. Financial institution who grants loan for this address may also not grant you full loan like a normal residential property. You could be looking at around $967k loan, assuming the company he is a director at, is not a company owned by him. Geylang properties may also require a more detailed assessment, some banks may not finance the full LTV ratio for certain properties and addresses in Geylang.
