By the way, do take note that both of you must fulfill SPR status of 3 years respectively to be eligible to purchase a resale HDB as a married couple.

Your finances are pretty healthy but it will be good to seek for in principle approval from bankers so you will have an idea how much loan can you obtain.

Do you have any preferred bank in mind? I can ask my banker to advise you on that.

FYI my malaysian SPR buyers had managed to purchase an 5RM unit below valuation in Yew Tee. I will love this to happen to you guys as well.

Firstly, both of you need to be SPR for at least 3 years in order to be eligible for purchase of resale HDB unit.
Secondly, we would need to know how much loan the banks can provide for your purchase.
Lastly, being SPR, 5% ABSD and down payment need to be made in cash. Therefore, it would be good to understand how much CPF OA and cash you have in order to provide better guidance.
