Hi, we are looking for a 4-5 rooms hdb unit in the west area. However, due to other ongoing commitment, we have little spare cash on hand, and therefore would like to find out is there any hdb unit offer at valuation price. Me & wife combine income ard $4.5-5k /mth. Please advice.

    Hi Alan,basically the price that we are looking at is ard $300k-400k (4-5 rooms). location preferably CCK, Bk Pj or Jurong area or anywhere near MRT.
