Hi, i bought a HDB flat on the resale market recently, signed out 1st appt, when it came to scheduled 2nd appt, the seller say he wants to call off the deal and refused to sell.

Afternoon Chanel,

Both your salesperson should be the best advisor. Completing the OTP, which makes it legal binding, gives you the right to take legal actions against your seller/s.
This would include getting legal compensation, getting them to perform in accordance to contract, etc.
