Evening, Under the current HDB ruling, you are eligible to purchase resale HDB unit once both of you have fulfilled 3 years into your SPR status. Good evening, as long as both of you have fulfilled SPR status of 3 years respectively, you can purchase a resale HDB. But do take note that you have to dispose off your interesting your JB house within 6 months from completion date. Hope my explanation helps.
