Hi,

I had signed a room rental TA with tenancy period for 1 year & notice period of 2 months to terminate by either party.
Due to circumstances, I plan to move out after staying for 3 months. Will I lose my 1 month Security deposit as I did not stay the full tenancy period? Thanks!
