I am interested to rent a unit ard SengKang 3room flat for $1800. However i am not sure of the procedure. If i liked a house and wants to rent it. Do I need;
1)give 1 month or 2 month deposit?
2)the payment in cash or cheque?
3)is the utilities included in the $1.8k?
