Hi, I have a 5-room HDB flats available for rent from Jan2010, full furnished with 4 bedroom and about 10mins walk to CCK MRT. My questions:
1) My existing tenant stop the rental pre-matured meaning the contract terminated 6 1/2mth later instead of 1 year. What should i do and what my agent should advice me and what is his duties?
2) What is the current mkt rental rate. I heard from my colleague that if my new rental cannot match the existing rental, I can claim the "breach of contract" from my existing tenant. That is the differences in the amount of rental.
