Dear landlord, As mentioned by my fellow professionals, there is no avenue for direct landlords looking to put up listings for their own property for sale or rent in this portal, unless the registered salesperson themselves are the owners. You may wish to consider alternative portals to put up the advertisements or maybe even put up an ad in the newspaper. I must say that if you are looking for free ads, chances of good response generated from the ad will likely be lukewarm compared to paid ads. That is part of the reason why salesperson has set aside marketing costs in putting up ads that can run into thousands of dollars per month for some. Mr Tan, The rental market is a bit soft at this juncture and it may take a while to rent a unit. It may be helpful to engage an agent ASAP to advertise for you, arrange the viewings, administer the documention and negotiate on your behalf.Generally, an agent charges one month of commission for 2 years of rental and half a month of commission for one year of rental.
