hi, i have an existing 4-room flat with my ex-husband and he has yet to settle the transfer of my shares under him and return any cpf i had used on this house. my present spouse is applying bto flats, if as a occupier do i need to pay any levy due to the present situation.

Afternoon,

BTO are only applicable to married SC or divorcee with custody of child. Being married means that both of you have to be the owners of the new units, isn't it? If your unit with your ex-husband is bought from resale, without grant, then you are not eligible to pay any levy.
