If I am a joint tenant of my current HDB flat (with my mum) and I would like to buy a new HDB flat, are there charges that I need to take note of?

Eg, do I need to pay additional buyer stamp duty when I buy the new HDB flat? And do I need to pay stamp duty for removing my name from the current house?
