Your queries about TOP projects, New launches, commercial industrial, high end properties, luxury properties etc, doesn't mean you have to do all, but as a newbie, you would need to take sometime to understand what these different properties are like. Do you have what it takes to be successful in that area.
All of s, even the top producers are dealt with the same set of cards as you do - a functioning brain, and 24 hours. but how does a top producer clock over $100K commissions in a month, while the average property agent do $10K in a month.
You probably read in the newspaper that over 2000 agents have quit this business. To be successful in this business we need to leverage, because we are only dealt with 24 hours - that is something none of us can change. We can employ Personal assistants but they can only do so much for us. We still need to do the real work.
I will not elaborate on what we have because my dear friend William Goh has pointed out some of them. Again it boils down to my first point. Focus on your strength, amplify it and make it generate money for you.
