Hi Property Gurus, I am interested to become a property agent but would like to find out do I get myself accredited? As I'm currently working full-time, am I able to take the exams and join as an agent on a part-time basis?

Evening Allan,

If can definitely take the RES course on part time nigh classes basis and take the exam on weekends. Once you have managed to pass the RES exam, you can then opt to join the company and property sector which interests you. As to how far and how much you can earn, be it as side income or making it your main stream, it will depends on where you aim to be.
