Hi, I have recently bought a property, sold with tenancy. The existing tenancy will expire in Oct.and the tenant intends to extend the tenancy for another year. The existing tenancy contract does not have any clause for extension. How do I extend the tenancy? Do I need to make out a new tenancy agreement and require the tenant to pay the stamp duty again?

Hi Kelvin,

Yes you need draft new agreement, but as agent we do have draft copy of Tenancy agreement.

For every renewal of TA, tenants need pay stamp duty.

Kindly contact me for more informations & hope i can be of service to you.

Thanks
