Hi, I have recently bought a property with TA. The sales completion will be in mid Nov. Due to some personal reasons, I need to terminate the TA so that I could move into the unit asap. 1. Please advise is it appropriate to speak to the tenants now or do I have to wait till the sales completed.
2. If I am willing to compensate with $, can the tenants reject my offer?
3. What is the procedure to terminate the TA?

Hi Sharon, hope your agent has helped you to resolve the TA early cessation matter. $ propbably best solution. Areas to consider : - removal costs, pro-rate agent compensation, replacement search, again - service comm, equate rental equate unit else, top up for a better unit. Read the TA carefully.
