Hi, I inrend to sell my Executive flat at 520K. If that's so, Me and my wife would have a combine of 232K in ordinary account and fetch about 100k in cash.
We would like to upgrade to Condo, preferably in the west. in your recommendation, roughly what is the range of the condo I should look for? I'm looking paying monthly at 1300 to 1500 range. For downpayment, I'm looking of topping up cash around 50K.
