Hi, i intend to rent out my HDB flat in the west and rent another apartment in the east due to my family's convenience. I am contemplating whether to rent a 4 room HDB flat or to rent a 2 bedder condo as their prices are almost the same. Just to check does the monthly rental of condo include the monthly maintenance fee? Thanks

Hi Selena,

Typically, condo rental should include the maintenance fees but there are cases where it is not included.

If you need the space, I'd suggest to go for HDB but if 2 bedroom condo is just right, I'd say go for condo such that you can enjoy the lifestyle and facilities.
