Hi I just enetered into a 2 yr lease. Can you guide me on options of breaking it since I want to move to another area and moreover my family is not adjusting to the condo as it does not have proper play area for the kid and the kitchen is really small size.I think if I can get a replacement tenant that will help. Moreover any way of still getting back my security
