Hi, I like to get an opinion whether a loft unit is more difficult to rent out vs a conventional 1 or 2 room unit, and if they are a better investment than normal one? ( I am looking at Rochester where there are loft units and normal units ). I see that the Loft's psf is usually lower than conventional units.
