Hi,

I live at a rented condo which I signed TA via landlord's agent, not my side.

To avoid misfortune and unexpected deduction from the deposit at the time of handover, I would like to know whether I can find an agent who can help me for the next handover?

In that case, how much it will be for this service?

Hi, you may or may not be able to find an agent providing such a service because we are not there physically at the unit at the time of signing of TA. But you could always contact me should you have any question and I will give you some tips on what to watch out for.

    I meant the next handover 2 yrs later. I just moved in with 2 year contract... so maybe you may help me in 2 yrs?

Dear tenant,

It could be a little too late in appointing someone for assisting you in this tenancy like what Aaron has highlighted, since we are not physically present on the day you took possession of the property, there are conditions or items which we cannot verify, therefore will lose validity.
