Hi, I m looking to invest in a 1 bedder condo for rental investment. Currently I m earning $4800/mth. I have a 200k loan paid through CPF for a 3 bedder in Regentville and a fully paid 3 bedder at Oasis@Elias.
1) May I know how much more can I loan to invest in a 1 bedder?
2) And is there any good 1 bedder that I can invest for rental?

1) You may have to check with your banker for more accurate financial planning.

2) I can recommend you some good investment with rental yield >5%
