Hi, I rented a place but the owner cut the tenancy agreement. Do I have the right to get back my agent fee? I only stayed for a month? Is there any law that support that I can't take my agent fee back? Hope you can answer my inquiry. Thanks!

HI JAY,..FROM MY UNDERSTANDING,..ONCE A DEAL/AGREEMENT IS SIGNED,..COMMISSION HAVE TO BE PAID,..AND COMMISSION IS NON REFUNDABLE BECAUSE THE JOB IS DONE. Read More
