Hi, i want be a part time agent. Anyone can answer my Q below :
1) How much i need to spend in CPD and license renew every year to renew the license ?
2) Is it i have to fulfill how many deal per year to renew the license ?
3) How to get start if pass the RES Exam ? Does the agent need to find the owner to sell the house or company will provide a list ?
