Hi , i will like to enquiry, I myself finish serving my DMP completion which is coming to 2 years already. Think of upgrading my home. Current house is 5 rooms HDB already fully paid with 3 owner. ( me, wife and Sister in law) Me (43yr) and wife (45yr) are self employer. We ( me and wife) are thinking of Upgrading. Should i be consulting with banks on our NOA to banks to see how much i can loan with my current status. to depend on the type of House i can get with the loan amount?
Also after 2 yr of completion of DMP does the bank loan more base on history records?
