Hi,

To my understanding, they will take the 12 month payslips, from 2 months preceding the month of application. Ie. you apply in July 2024, they will request June 2023 to May 2024 , so if you reapply now, the new HFE letter will still have similar outcomes since your pay comes in only in July.

You may need to wait 2 months later to try again. If your housing purchase is urgent you can consider getting a bank loan.
