hi, i would like to find out if its possible to get a bank loan even though i am not working but i can give the bank a gauranteed means of monthly loan payment,, i have a hdb fully paid house which is rented out and i can give the bank a gauranteed monthly amount towards its loan installment,,,,pl do reply to me on my email,,,,thnx
