Care to share whether are you a local or SPR or foreigner?

Do take that additional buyer's stamp duty will be applicable on your purchase if you are buying a residential property in Singapore as SPR or foreigner. But some nationalities like USA will have the same treatment as SC under FTA.

Any requirements or budget in mind?

Good morning,

May I know if you are a Singaporean or SPR or foreigner? This would determine the stamp duties payable. Generally foreigners will have to pay 30% ABSD for their first residential purchase in Singapore. Some nationalities like US citizens will be afforded the same treatment as Singaporeans due to the FTA.
