ံHi , I would like to know '"The stamp duty of the duplicate sale and purse agreement is no longer payable " on Budget announcement on 18 Feb 2011"
That mean we no need to pay for stamp duty fees?

Another also " stamp duty fees pay first in cash and reimbursement from CPF" That mean We must pay stamp duty fee first in cash and then they will put back to my CPF account? Gov will give bk ?

If u know , Pls answer for me.

Hi,

Stamp Duty is still payable.

Because of timing issue, buyer will have to pay SD in cash first. Your lawyer will help you to reimburse from your CPF account. The same amount will be paid to you via Cashier Order. You are using your own money (from your own CPF) to pay SD.
