Typically for 1 year room rental, it will be half month of rental fees + 7% GST. Meaning if rental fees is $1000 a month, it will be $535 for service fees.

If you rent out the room at $1000 for 1 year, agent service fee will be $535 ($500+7%GST).
If you rent out the room at $1000 for 2 years, agent service fee will be $1070 ($1000+7%GST).
