Hi, I would like to seek advise on 4rooms flat at woodland areA. The valuation $327k +33k cov for 4rooms flat near 888plaza. Is it worth to buy? The unit is next to corner, high floor and simple condition. Kindly pls advise?

Afternoon Nge Nge,

Average Valuation for 4 room flat unit in Woodlands would be around $330k to $350k. WIth it location, $33k asking is quite reasonable.
