Hi there.
Just to get a piece of advise from you expert.
If my budget around 2 Mil.
What sort of 2 storey terrace I could get?
What is the average PSF now for a freehold 2 storey terrace around 2000 sf land size at east coast area? Thanks!

Dear sir/madam,

I believe you are a sincere buyer since you have already worked out the details and target unit you have in mind, nevertheless, being an active producer in the east for landed properties, your probability of landing something you have mentioned are as good as zero. I do have something in mind for you, which is an original 2 storeys terrace which will require massive renovation before move-in in my mind.
