Hi, I'm a new graduate student at NUS. I am Indian and will be reaching Singapore on 15th July. I am looking for accommodations at a 5-6 km radius around NUS, preferably near an MRT station. My budget is around $550-$600 per month including utilities. My requirements are a private room with a single bed and study table, Air Conditioner, high speed internet/Wi-Fi, kitchen (cooking allowed), clean bathroom, refrigerator, washing machine. I do not mind sharing the house or apartment with at the most 2 more people, but will need a private room. Preference is Indian flat-mates.
