Hi, I'm a PR and am URGENTLY looking for 4rm HDB unit. Budget: Val up to 390k, COV up to 25k. Area: Hougang (near MRT), Serangoon North, AMK. Age of unit: >1985. Move in by June 2012. Willing to pay the agent fee. Thanks.

You have a pretty healthy budget based on your description. Your likely concern will be the PR ratio. Are the figures worked out based on your bank loan indicative approval?

Hi,

You might want to consider Serangoon North and certain area in Hougang.

The unit in AMK might be too old and probably out of your budget.

Since you have the valuation of budget of $390k, I suppose you had already contact a banker regard to your loan application.
