Hi! I'm going to buy resales flat but i only have cpf and bank loan don't have any cash for up front payment to hdb. So can i appeal frm mp letter for buying house. And i aready taken 2 times housing grant and can apply grant. This 2 things need to ask. Can reply to me soon as possible.

Your MP may help but that doesn’t mean it will be approved. You have already utilised your grants before therefore it is quite unlikely going to succeed unless you have an extremely compelling reason for approval. Read More
