Im inheriting a fully paid condo but will have to pay half of the condo worth at market price to siblings. Is it advisable to get a home equity loan to pay off my siblings and rent out the whole unit or just sell it.

Good day to you,

Personally, there are a couple of factors to look into:
1) Do I have the capacity to finance the loan?
2) What is the potential of the project?
3) What is the appreciation rate and rental yield?

If all the above falls in red, then I would definitely sell it off.
