Hi,

I'm looking for a 2 bedder at The Seafront on Meyer. It has to be a walk-in condition with nice decor and preferably on the lower floor as my son is suffering from acrophobia.

I'm willing to pay for $1800psf, not more than that! However, the unit has to be very tastefully renovated and in b new condition.

Hi Dr Tan,

You shouldn't have problem finding a Seafront on Meyer unit with a good decor and condition. The development just TOP not too long ago.
Judging from your enquiry so far, it's quite clear that you would wish to move in soon.
On hand, I've a couple of 1066 sqft units left that is not tact to any tenancy, reasonable price (1550-1650psf) and is ready for immediate occupation.
