hi, I'm looking for a 3 or 4 bdrm condo to buy, within walking distance to any mrt station, preferably for projects with top between 2009-2014, budget max 900k. Anyone could advise whether there are any units which fit my requirements?

Yes! D'nest project and it is less than 7 mins walk to Pasir Ris mrt and shopping mall.

3 bedrooms with area of 936 sqft comes with a starting price of $829K onwards. VVIP preview with developer discounts will end on the 10th March! Pls let me know should you require the brochures and floorplans. Cheers!
