However do also take note that it will also be near parklane shopping mall and it might turn some family orientated buyers away.
Would you want to consider D11 or D10?
D10 would be areas along river valley
and D11 i am referring to areas nearer to newton, not upper Bukit Timah.
Depending on your purpose of purchase, those areas might prove to be of increased value especially after the DT line is up.
