Hi,
I'm single age 40, may I know can I apply for HDB new flat? How can I apply? it's from HDB website? Can I apply the leave over new flat or I have to wait for new built flat which got to wait for few years??

Hi, as a single, u can't apply a HDB new flat, unless you get married.

Your alternative is to buy the resale HDB flats, or if u want something totally new, i have a $1.09 mil freehold 1+1 condo in D10 Bkt Timah that you can get your keys in Dec 2011 this year. It is also near future MRT. Pse get in touch with me if u wish to find out more.
